Membership

We offer three types of memberships.

Youth - one person 17 years and under
Individual - one person 18 years and over
Family - Consists of 3 family members residing at one address. Does not include trainers, friends or anyone not living at the address provided, Proof of home address may be required, and may include but is not limited to driver's license or school ID. Additional children at same address may be added for $10 each.

We can now accept Credit Cards for memberships!

To join or renew, fill out and print the form attached below. Mail it to the address at the bottom of the form, or bring it right to the show office.

STARTING IN 2011...
Our dressage division is now open to all breeds. Any dressage competitor who is a member of the Midwest Dressage Association can submit scores earned at our shows for the MDA Year End Award program. Membership must be active before scores are earned. Click HERE to visit the MDA site and download a member application.
