The closing date for the final show of the season (Sept 10-12) is September 6th, 2010.
After that date stall reservations cannot be added to or cancelled and no refund will be given.
Entry forms can be filled out online. Please save the completed form to your computer, and then attach it to an email addressed to showmanager@emaa.org .
2010 Banquet ticket order form Program Ad order form The attached form includes the ticket order form as well as the Banquet Program ad order form. Both ads and ticket orders are due by October 31st.
2011 Board of Director Elections The following Board of Directors terms expire at the end of this year:

Elections will be held at the banquet in November. Please consider taking an active role in the future of your club, and running for office. Attached is the nomination form.
Wendy Peterson Photography Wendy will be at our shows this year, working mostly in the main arena. She will cover dressage as time permits. Please check out her table near the show office for details on ordering photos. Her website is http://wendypetersonphotos.com/

Membership Application At the Spring Meeting in April several changes for this show season were announced. Effective January of 2010, the definition of a Family Membership has been amended to read as follows:
“Family Membership shall consist of 3 family members residing at one address. This does not include trainers, friends or anyone not living at the address provided. Proof of home address may be required, and may include but is not limited to driver's license or school ID. Additional children at same address may be added for $10 each.”
Attached below is the new membership form, showing this change. Anyone who has already renewed their membership for 2010 and was not in compliance with the change will be contacted by mail.
While membership with AHA is not required to show at EMAA, if you want your points to count for ACS Year End Awards and Milestone Awards, you do need to have a current AHA membership.
