President's Letter
Hello EMAA,
We can't wait to see everyone this weekend and catch up with all our horses show friends!
There are some important details everyone needs to know about EMAA 1.
We cannot move horses into the fairgrounds until 4pm on Thursday. Campers may be set up as normal.
I am including a map on how to navigate the fairgrounds. Particularly the dressage ring and warm up ring in the infield.
We are having an impromptu tack sale this weekend. You can bring all your used tack to sell in the main arena but please include your contact information with all the items you wish to sell such as name, phone number, or stall location. Please clearly label items with prices!
Remember to bring your coggins and registration papers with you to check in.
Don't forget any tribute labels you may have as well.
There is no camping in the infield due to construction. All other sites are open please contact Zara Wright with camping questions.
Don't forget your shavings orders to crestview and be prompt with your payments please.

IMPORTANT UPDATES
Tribute Proof of Purchase Labels
While packing for this first show, don't forget to bring you Tribute Proof of Purchase labels! These can be brought to the Show Office and Zara will handle getting them returned to Tribute. If you would like to send them in yourself, you can find the form to do so on our website. Any other questions can be directed to Zara and emaa.camping@gmail.com!
Reserve your Camping Spot
If you haven't already, get your reservations over to Zara! Camping reservations close the Saturday before the show, so for this first show May 9th is the deadline. Any questions or concerns can be directed to Zara at emaa.camping@gmail.com.
